A Visionary Pursuit of Empowerment
AIWAA (All India Women Achievers Awards) is a heartfelt initiative founded by Deepak Tater Jain. Driven by a firm belief in the strength and resilience of women from all walks of life, our founder established this platform to honor those who have overcome significant challenges and refused to succumb to societal stereotypes.
The journey began with a mission to empower suburban and rural regions. Our CEO personally embarked on a staggering 25,000 km research journey, exploring 100 unique businesses across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. This intensive groundwork led to the prestigious South India Business Awards 2019, followed by the monumental SIWAA 2019—India’s largest women's empowerment program. Launched by Smt. Latha Rajinikanth, SIWAA 2019, processed over 7,245 applications and celebrated 403 winners on a single, star-studded platform.
From Regional Success to National Impact
Building on the incredible momentum of SIWAA, AIWAA was launched in 2021 to bring this recognition to a national scale. The response has been overwhelming, with 164,000 applications and 3,625 winners to date. As we look toward the 2026-2027 season, our upcoming events in New Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad are set to create a grand-scale impact for women achievers nationwide.
